We were recently invited to give our fentanyl presentation to Manhattan, MT middle school students, home of the Tigers!
When we created Found Guilty this was the vision we had, speaking directly to our youth about fentanyl and hopefully preventing a future tragedy.
A big thank you to Southwest Montana Prevention and Healthy Gallatin for making the introduction(s) and connecting us to Manhatten Middle School.

What's going to resonate with 6th, 7th, and 8th graders?
While debating our presentation, we did our best to maintain the sobriety that these children will soon be in high school, when experimental drug use usually starts. We also tried to keep in mind the innocence of this age group.
We believe we left a lasting impression on the children, who were very receptive. Hopefully, one of these middle schoolers will remember Found Guilty and eventually say no thanks if they are ever offered a pill, potentially sparing them from fentanyl poisoning.
Will the kids remember Found Guilty?
We wanted our organization's name to stick in the minds of young people and, in the end, "be cool enough" for them to take our stickers and wear our t-shirts.
We are winning here, judging by the kids' willingness thus far; it will only depend on how seriously they take our message.
To hopefully make a difference, all we can do is keep refining our Fentanyl message and continuing to learn from our youth as we go!
